Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a head soccer coach for a high school program. The season runs February through May, with responsibilities across student-athlete development, game strategy, and program management.

Responsibilities include supervising coaches, coordinating schedules and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance, and promoting sportsmanship and school pride within the team and broader athletic program.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at high school or college levels.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or enrolled.
• Prefer Virginia Teaching License or full-time classified employee status.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate all assistant coaches for the sport.
• Lead training, conditioning, and performance of the varsity team.
• Attend all varsity contests and supervise JV and freshmen contests.
• Advise athletic director on schedules, officials, equipment, and facilities.
