Job summary

Oxford Area High School is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Girls Lacrosse team to support the head coach in developing players' skills and promoting teamwork. The role includes serving as JV head coach and fostering a positive, competitive environment for student-athletes.

The ideal candidate will have lacrosse playing or coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level, strong communication, and the ability to organize practices, games, and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching lacrosse at high school or collegiate level preferred.
• Strong understanding of the game, including rules, strategies, and skills development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players, parents, and staff.

• Availability to attend practices, games, and events including evenings and weekends.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
