Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Composite Analyst to oversee the Firm’s GIPS-related policies, governance, and composite maintenance. You will work with Product Management, Performance, and Client Reporting to ensure accurate disclosures and robust controls across composites.

The role requires deep GIPS knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. The Firm offers a competitive base salary, benefits, and a flexible, office-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret GIPS standards and provide guidance on composite construction and disclosures.
• Experience with GIPS Composite Reports and industry practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in GIPS and guidance statements.
• Create and oversee GIPS Composite Reports and updates.
• Partner with Product Management on composite performance and disclosures.
• Participate in the monthly Composite Working Group and present materials.
• Oversee composite construction, membership integrity, and disclosures.
