Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Composite Analyst to oversee compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and related governance across composites. The role collaborates with Product Management, Performance, and Client Reporting to maintain accurate composite construction, disclosures, and reporting within a rigorous control framework.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess investment performance and benchmark appropriateness.
Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work across teams and stakeholders to support governance and oversight.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep expertise in GIPS, CFA guidance, and industry best practices.
Create, maintain, and oversee GIPS Composite Reports and disclosures.
Understand firm investment products and strategies to advise on performance and reporting requirements.
Participate actively in the monthly Composite Working Group; prepare materials and facilitate discussions.
Oversee composite construction and membership integrity, including updates to descriptions and disclosures.
Establish and enhance policies, procedures, and controls related to composite governance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on complex composite matters for Product Management and other partners.
