Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Composite Analyst to support GIPS governance, composite maintenance and reporting. You will partner with Product Management, Performance and Client Reporting to uphold regulatory standards and ensure accurate disclosures.

The role requires deep knowledge of GIPS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid work environment. CFA/CIPM preferred and at least two years in performance or compliance are desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret the GIPS standards with practical experience.
• Strong analytical and investment curiosity for understanding different approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, objective presentation.
• Collaborative mindset across teams to strengthen governance.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in investment performance or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in GIPS and update related policies and controls.
• Create, maintain, and oversee the Firm’s GIPS Composite Reports and updates.
• Understand products/strategies to advise on composite performance and disclosures.
• Participate in the monthly Composite Working Group, prepare materials and present.
• Oversee composite construction, membership, disclosures, and benchmark changes.
• Enhance policies, controls, workflows, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Provide guidance as SME on complex composite matters to stakeholders.
