Job summary

Save the Children US in Lexington, KY seeks a Warehouse Administrator to manage onsite GIK facility operations. You will handle day‑to‑day tasks, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure safe warehouse practices.

Onsite position with responsibilities across receiving, shipping, equipment operation, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with GIK staff to meet goals and timelines. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience or education.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 60 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and in spoken/written English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship shipments, including loading/unloading trucks.
• Operate electronic and/or motorized equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrapping machines.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all shipments and prepare for pick-ups/distributions.
• Coordinate with GIK staff to meet Gift in Kind goals, processes, and timelines.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all safety and material handling policies.
