Job summary

PARTNERS Staffing in Lexington, KY seeks a Warehouse Associate (on-site) to support Gifts-in-Kind facility operations. You will help maintain the facility and equipment, manage inventory, and contribute to safe, efficient warehouse activities.

Responsibilities include receiving and shipping shipments, using pallet jacks and wrapping machines, and coordinating with GIK staff to meet timelines while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels.
• Ability to stand for long periods, frequent walking, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and fluent English.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship shipments, load and unload trucks.
• Operate pallet jacks and wrapping machines as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycles counts.
• Prepare items for pickup and distribution and coordinate with staff.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report incidents promptly.
