Job summary

KGH Logistics is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you’ll operate a forklift to retrieve and stage orders, use warehouse scanners and computer systems to process inventory, and work closely

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.
• Knowledge of forklift operation is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate a forklift safely to retrieve, move, and stage materials.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory and shipments.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and HAZMAT requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
