Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in advancement services or higher education administration.
• Experience supervising professional staff and building high-performing teams.
• High-level proficiency with CRM systems administration, data governance, and gift administration in a complex, multi-unit environment.
• Documented success in maintaining audit readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and interpreting gift acceptance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of gift and records professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate with campus teams to ensure high-quality data inputs for reporting.
• Lead gift processing audits and ensure adherence to SAM.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations and data integrity between CRM and financial systems.
• Drive CRM workflow optimizations and data governance initiatives.
