Job summary

The University of Florida on Main Campus (Gainesville, FL) seeks a Manager, Gifts & Records to lead advancement data integrations and reconciliation efforts. You will drive operation, support automation, and work with DIS and Finance to ensure data quality across systems.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience. The role offers a competitive benefits package and on-site work at UF’s Gainesville campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of gift processing experience, or a combination of education and experience in a professional, customer service, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of advancement data integrations and automated data exchanges (online giving, alumni memberships, broadcasting services, etc.).
• Establish monitoring procedures and service standards for data integrations and resolve data exceptions withDIS and Finance & Accounting.
• Represent Gifts & Records on technology projects; define business requirements and acceptance criteria; lead testing and validation.
• Develop reconciliation processes for philanthropic revenue and ensure accurate transmission of gift transactions.
