Job summary

The University of Florida on Main Campus (Gainesville, FL) seeks a Data Management Analyst III to drive operational improvements in Gifts & Records through data quality, workflow design, and automation. Reporting to the Director of Gifts & Records, you will analyze processes, define requirements, and partner with technical teams to implement solutions.

Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven experience in process mapping, KPI development, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience documenting current and future-state processes and redesigning workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements for systems and automation.
• Experience evaluating or applying AI-enabled tools to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement initiatives and coordinate workstreams.
• Develop lightweight project charters with milestones and owners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and status reporting across teams.
• Create process maps, SOPs and training materials for adoption.
• Monitor KPIs, data quality, and impact of implemented changes.
