Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gifts Team Lead in West Chester, OH to guide daily operations, merchandising, and customer service within the department. You will oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and help achieve sales and inventory goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail with supervisory experience a plus. You will support events, pricing accuracy, and product knowledge to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs the department staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Maintains pricing and plan-o-grams; executes merchandising directives.
• Coordinates staffing and training; prepares weekly work schedules; coaches associates.
• Resolves customer and associate opportunities with the GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Maintains a high level of customer service; delivers a legendary shopping experience.
• Conducts product knowledge training and demos; assists with special events and promotions.
