Job summary

HALL Family Wines is seeking a dynamic sales and business development leader to own corporate gifting, wedding sales, and a new national remote tasting program. Based in Napa with regular multi-day travel, you will cultivate relationships, design scalable processes, and drive revenue across the HALL Family Wines portfolio, including Champagne opportunities.

You will balance prospecting, closing, and program design, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Direct-to-Consumer Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience in D2C wine, hospitality, luxury goods, or events.
• Demonstrated ability to build a new program or business line from the ground up.
• Excellent relationship-building, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, tastings, and events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate gifting and wedding sales for the HALL Family Wines portfolio, nurturing relationships and converting opportunities into orders.
• Identify and cultivate corporate gifting customers via existing relationships and new prospects; manage end-to-end sales process.
• Lead the design and launch of a national remote tasting program, coordinating logistics, hosts, and payments.
• Build and maintain a Salesforce pipeline, track performance against revenue goals, and collaborate with marketing.
• Coordinate with operations for fulfillment, packaging, and delivery, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
