Job summary

Augeo in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Gifting Coordinator to manage client gifting programs from setup to fulfillment. You’ll work closely with the account management team to develop creative gifting solutions while mastering clients’ brand standards and pricing models.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail with excellent time management.
• Ability to take direction from various personalities and teams.
• Self-starter with resourcefulness and reliability.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Excel/Word).
• Outstanding customer service mindset.
• Creative problem solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive setup, management and fulfillment of client gifting programs.
• Data management including organizing customers, order status and billing.
• Follow through on project needs with careful coordination.
• Collaborate to provide gifting solutions for in-person and virtual events.
• Learn and apply clients’ brand standards and pricing models.
• Manage vendor relationships and production schedules.
• Attend events and participate in team meetings.
• Travel approximately 20 percent of the year.
