Job summary

MSAD 75 is seeking a Paraprofessional for our Gifted & Talented Program (Anticipated Opening). The role supports core instruction and intervention, working under teachers and learning strategists to boost student learning and participation.

Pay rate is $23.68-$27.04 per hour, based on certification and experience. Position requires certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong teamwork within a supportive District community in Topsham, Maine.

Qualifications

• Valid Maine Ed Tech III Certification at time of application.
• Valid Maine CHRC background check at time of application.
• Demonstrated record keeping skills.
• Proven ability to function as a team member.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Modifies curriculum and instructional activities to support instruction.
• Works with students to reinforce learning of materials and skills.
• Supervises students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and field trips.
• Provides support for individual students to enable participation.
• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Participates in district staff development.
