Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota K-6 Elementary Education license.
• Experience with gifted/advanced learners preferred.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support academically advanced students.

Responsibilities

• Provide challenge and social/emotional support for gifted students through direct services.
• Assist classroom teachers in differentiating instruction for extension in academics.
• Analyze multiple data points to identify students for extension and service.
• Communicate with parents via SeeSaw, Schoology, newsletters, calls, emails, conferences, etc.
• Collaborate with AL staff and building administrators to review program and curriculum.
