Job summary

Edgecomb Eddy School seeks a Gifted and Talented Teacher for PK-6 to deliver GT services in a regular classroom through differentiated instruction, team teaching, and coaching. The position is half-day, once a week, and starts in the 26/27 school year.

The candidate should be passionate about children, a team player, and experienced with assessments and GT identification. Certification: MDOE 690 Gifted & Talented.

Qualifications

• Certified through MDOE: Gifted & Talented Certification (690).
• Familiar with administering assessments, identifying students, and program delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration in coaching/team teaching model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to provide Gifted & Talented services in a regular classroom through differentiation, team teaching, and coaching.
• Support GT program delivery and ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate with Edgecomb Eddy School staff for seamless GT offerings.

Gifted and Talented Teacher PK-6 at Edgecomb Eddy School

(half day/once a week)

The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators and classroom teachers to provide inclusive, multi-tiered Gifted and Talented services in a regular education classroom through differentiated curriculum, team teaching, and coaching.

The pay range for this position is based on the Edgecomb Eddy School Teachers bargaining agreement.

Per diem rate of $158.12 to $250.66
