Job summary

Sky Dine, Inc. is seeking a Gift Shop Manager to lead the new gift shop at the South Bend Airport. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a team, train staff, and drive a high standard of customer service for travelers.

You will manage inventory, coordinate restocking, ensure a clean, well-organized shop, and handle customer concerns professionally. POS proficiency and weekend/holiday flexibility are required for busy airport hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the airport's busy schedule.
