Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a Retail Leader to support our We Win Hearts culture and ensure a welcoming, high-energy Gift Shop experience for Guests.

You will participate in vendor interaction, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold merchandising standards that drive sales and guest satisfaction. The role requires receiving all merchandise, generating purchase orders, processing invoices, and placing approved items on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in Retail leadership position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior to effectively handle all issues.
• Ability to read and evaluate basic reports, and use basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize accordingly.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.
• Accurately receive all merchandise and inventory control.
• Generate all purchase orders and process invoices.
• Order approved merchandise for Gift Shop.
• Oversee placement of merchandise on the floor and maintain a neat, clean and inviting atmosphere for Guests.
• Coach and issue discipline when necessary to ensure adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
