Job summary

You will also restock inventory, manage displays, and keep the store clean and organized. The role supports promotions and seasonal merchandising while providing reliable service on weekends and holidays to help meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and ability to operate a cash register/POS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/stock merchandise.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs or discrepancies.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising efforts to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
