Job summary

Patriot Branding 2026 is seeking a Guest Services Clerk to ensure passenger safety and deliver excellent service in our gift shop and concession car. You will help stock inventory, process sales, and assist in daily operations while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with responsibilities including inventory updates, POS usage, and closing procedures. Training on safety protocols will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service at all times.
• Update gift shop inventory, stock shelves and price items.
• Operate a Point of Sale system, handle cash and process payments.
• Prepare concession items as needed for daily passenger counts.
• Maintain cleanliness of Gift Shop and concession areas.
• Close and secure Gift Shop at end of shift.
