Job summary

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder is seeking a Gift Shop Clerk to deliver personalized service at the casino’s retail outlet. You’ll assist guests with purchases, handle transactions, and keep merchandise well-stocked and attractively displayed.

You will work with a friendly team, use a POS system, and help maintain the guest experience in a fast-paced environment while following privacy and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Sell Gift Shop merchandise, including pre-packaged food and beverage (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), while operating a point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and restock merchandise to ensure displays remain full, clean, and visually appealing; report inventory discrepancies or low stock to leadership
• Maintain a working knowledge of property amenities, services, events, and hours of operation to assist and guide guests effectively
• Accurately handle assigned cash bank, maintain balance throughout the shift, and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and company data in accordance with privacy policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
