Job summary

Arizona Charlie’s, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server to support the beverage department with prompt, accurate, and friendly service. You will ensure guests receive orders efficiently while upholding professional standards and guest service culture.

The role requires handling cash and POS procedures, checking IDs, and maintaining safety regulations. Prior experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in beverage/server or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull up to 25lbs.
