Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Gift Processor for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This is a temporary, part-time, hybrid opportunity based in Boston, MA , working approximately 20 hours per week from early October through mid-January . The schedule includes two full days onsite and one half-day remote each week .
The Part-Time Gift Processor will provide essential administrative and gift processing support to the Development team during the organization’s busy year-end giving season. This position will be responsible for accurately processing donations, maintaining donor records, preparing acknowledgment correspondence, and supporting ongoing donor stewardship activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with databases, and able to manage recurring tasks and deadlines with accuracy and discretion.
