Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work late afternoons/evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Gift/Merchandise team to ensure a clean, friendly, and in-stock store.
• Manage store personnel, reconcile shift reports and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and team members.
• Follow safety rules, and adapt to rotating day/night schedules.
