Job summary

Buc-ee’s is opening in Gallaway, TN, seeking a Gift/Merchandise Manager with a track record in retail leadership. You will oversee the merchandise operations, drive in-stock availability, and lead a team on the floor and in the warehouse to deliver strong financial results.

You will train staff, manage budgets, schedule tasks, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding Buc-ee’s standards for displays and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the warehouse and on the sales floor to meet performance goals.
• Administer labor budgets and manage store inventory levels.
• Schedule and assign tasks, monitor results, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual displays and merchandise assortment per company standards.
• Train, recognize and motivate staff and enforce policies.
