Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandise Manager in leading a high performing team.
• Administer ongoing training to Merchandise staff.
• Manage labor budgets and store finances; schedule staff.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, and merchandising of gift items.
• Maintain store inventory levels and prepare for audits.
• Interact professionally with store team and district managers.
