Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing training to Merchandise staff to build a high-performance team.
• Deliver customer satisfaction by maintaining an in-stock, clean, and friendly store environment.
• Manage retail product mix, merchandising, replenishment, and visual presentation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and train, recognize, and motivate staff.
• Schedule and assign staff tasks and monitor results; collaborate with District Managers.
• Administer labor budgets and manage store inventory levels; ensure audit readiness.
• Operate POS devices and handle related paperwork and product issues with suppliers.
• Identify and resolve customer/store needs promptly and professionally.
