Job summary

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software.
• Strong Mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandise Manager in leading a high-performing team.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Train and motivate staff; enforce policies.
• Schedule employees and manage labor budget.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and prepare for audits.
