Qualifications

• Degree from college or university, or 1-2 years related experience.
• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prolonged walking/standing for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Store General Manager in their absence.
• Operate POS systems and reconcile shift reports.
• Recruit, train, and manage employees.
• Resolve customer and employee issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Communicate with Store GM and employees.
