Kohl's is seeking a Gift Card Operations coordinator at its corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will be onsite Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays, handling gift card reports, billing, inquiries, and project support for the gift card team.

You will manage inventory, audits, restocking, and third-party card integrations, while coordinating with design and marketing on campaigns and assets. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in marketing, project coordination or operations within retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain gift card inventory levels to meet demand.
• Monitor stock and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate production and restocking of gift card designs semi-annually and as needed.
• Manage discontinuation of third-party gift cards from inventory.
• Set up and configure eGift cards in the Cashstar platform.
• Generate routine and ad hoc performance reports (sales, redemption).
• Review marketing assets for third-party promotions and ensure brand compliance.
