Job summary

Buc-ee's is hiring a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to enhance the guest experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising gift items. You will help create visual displays and connect guests with products that make their trip memorable.

Key duties include pricing, merchandising, selling, operating POS devices, and assisting in daily store needs. A high school diploma is preferred; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Price, merchandise, and sell products.
• Assist in creating visual merchandising displays to draw guests to the gift department.
• Effectively use Point of Sale and transaction devices.
• Communicate with store management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
