Job summary

Buc-ee’s is hiring a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate in Melissa, TX. You will receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items while creating appealing displays to draw guests to the gift department. You will connect guests with gifts that enhance their trip and use POS devices for transactions.

This role requires strong customer service, merchandising skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items.
• Create visual merchandising displays to attract guests.
• Operate Point of Sale and assist in transactions.
• Provide friendly guest service and resolve immediate needs with supervision.
