Job summary

Buc-ee's in Leeds, AL is hiring a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to stock, price, and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items. You will help create appealing displays and guide guests to products that enhance their visit.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to stand long hours, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods on hard or concrete surfaces.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, merchandising, and selling products.
• Communicate professionally and build positive working relationships with store management and team members.
• Maintain visual presentation and pricing accuracy of merchandise.
• Operate Point of Sale and other transaction devices for receiving and checking in goods.
• Assist customers and resolve immediate store needs with moderate supervision.
