Job summary

Buc-ee's is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate in Texas to enhance guest experience by stocking, pricing, and merchandising unique gift items. You will create appealing displays to draw guests into the gift department and connect them with items that enhance their trip.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and use POS systems. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Price, merchandise, and sell products.
• Communicate professionally with store management and team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and pricing consistency across the gift department.
• Operate Point of Sale and transaction devices.
• Identify and address customer and store needs with supervision.
