Job summary

Buc-ee’s is hiring a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to enhance the guest experience by stocking and merchandising gift items and assisting in creating visual displays. The role involves pricing, selling, and operating POS devices, with a focus on friendly customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Price, merchandise, and sell Buc-ee’s gift items.
• Create visual merchandising displays to attract guests to the gift department.
• Operate Point of Sale and transaction devices accurately.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, and inventory of gift items.
• Provide friendly customer service and address guest needs.
