Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is seeking a Gastrointestinal Technician to support endoscopic procedures under surgeon supervision. You will help operate equipment, maintain endoscopes, and ensure a smooth patient flow in a multi-specialty outpatient setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a GI Lab, and current BLS; ACLS is preferred. Enjoy a structured schedule with no weekends or holidays and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a GI Lab.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center or surgical hospital is preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of technical equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain and disinfect endoscopes and instruments.
• Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and handle clerical tasks in the procedure area.
