Job summary

United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a GI Technician for the Endoscopy Center of Inland Empire in California. The role involves cleaning and maintaining video endoscopes and accessories under supervision, with strict infection control per CDC guidelines.

You will assist physicians and staff during procedures, perform routine equipment maintenance, and contribute to the center's mission in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a GI Tech, Endo Tech, Medical Assistant, or Sterile Processing Tech.
• Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with clinical or surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain video endoscopes and accessories in GI suites.
• Assist physicians and staff nurses during procedures.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and sanitation.
• Follow CDC infection prevention guidelines.
