Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One-year experience in operating room or endoscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist during GI procedures, including patient positioning and scope guidance.
• Provide direct patient care during and after procedures.
• Clean, sterilize and reprocess scope equipment.
• Assemble sterile supplies and assist with room setup and tear down.
• Maintain inventory and document disinfection processes.
• Transport specimens to the lab and maintain sterile/contaminated separation.
• Support peri-operative teaching and adhere to safety standards.
