Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of a large outpatient clinic or multi-site practice.
• Ensures high quality patient care and customer service while maintaining financial efficiency.
• Leads staff engagement, recruitment, development, and retention in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies.
