Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance with budgeting, payroll, and supply management.
• Lead and engage staff, physicians, and leaders to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government requirements.
• Manage facility needs and equipment maintenance with internal/external teams.
• Build community partnerships and coordinate with PR/Marketing for promotions.
• Continuously improve operations and patient experience across sites.
