Banner Health is seeking an experienced Physician Practice Supervisor for our Admin-Clinic in Glendale, AZ. Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a physician’s office or medical environment.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitor clinic operations.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and schedule staff to ensure optimal deployment across offices.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, medical records, billing, and related admin functions of the medical group.
• Serve as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care and smooth operations.
• Maintain office policies in line with physician requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and supplies, addressing issues as they arise.
• Support front and back office coverage and, per policy, administer medications as required.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical workflow to guide the practice and navigate multiple systems.
