Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s New Hampshire Gastroenterology practice, affiliated with Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, seeks a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure compliant, patient-focused service delivery.

You will lead policy implementation, staff performance evaluations, and collaboration with market leadership to improve operations and patient experience. This role emphasizes budget oversight and staff development in a reputable GI setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum three to five years' experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the clinics and programs.
• Implements written policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conducts performance evaluations for staff positions.
• Interprets policies to employees, patients, and agencies as needed.
• Reviews policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Liaises with market manager and staff on operations and service improvement.
• Reports to leadership on clinic operations and budgets.
• Maintains public relations and communicates services accurately.
• Develops plans to address deficiencies found during surveys.
• Establishes tone and environment for a Healthy Work Environment.
• Ensures adequate trained personnel to meet patient needs.
