Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS is required by completion of orientation.
• 1–2 Years of Med/Surg, ICU, ED or 1 year perioperative nursing experience; Nurse Extern time excluded.
