Job summary

Advocate Health's West Allis location is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the GI Lab to join a collaborative team supporting outpatient and inpatient endoscopic procedures. You’ll provide and coordinate nursing care, align with ACLS/BLS requirements, and participate in cross-training to Same Day Surgery.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion and Wisconsin RN licensure. Expect a 40-hour week, 7:30–18:00 with flexible start/end, and a schedule that includes call rotations

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• 1–2 years of Med/Surg, ICU, ED or perioperative nursing experience.
• ACLS required by completion of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to ensure patient safety and positive experience.
