Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or higher.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Ability to apply the nursing process effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual domains.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization).
• Maintain accurate charts and document interventions and outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Educate patients and families and assess learning readiness.
