Job summary

Laborie in Philadelphia is seeking a GI Sales Support Specialist focused on lead generation, qualification, and helping close GI product sales. You will assist the sales team with inquiries, quotes, and government bids, and contribute to marketing projects.

You will organize customer data, report on activity, learn Laborie products, and respond quickly to customer requests while supporting overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• University education or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn products and basic clinical applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet objectives of lead generation and sales goals for GI portfolio.
• Disseminate and help qualify leads from conferences, web and phone calls to the sales team.
• Support field sales with administrative tasks such as quoting.
• Help manage and follow up with government quotes and bids.
• Organize and analyze customer and prospective customer information.
