Job summary
NewYork-Presbyterian Brookyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Gastroenterology & IBD service. You will manage, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for individuals with complex GI disorders, working closely with gastroenterologists and nursing staff to deliver evidence-based care and improve outcomes.
The role requires an NP with GI/IBD experience and an active NY RN license with ANCC certification.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- New York State RN license is required.
- ANCC Nurse Practitioner Certification is required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Gastroenterology/IBD experience preferred.
- Outpatient practice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate delivery of high-quality care for GI/IBD patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nurses, and ancillary staff to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
