The Oregon Clinic in Northeast Portland's Gateway Clinic is hiring a full-time Endoscopy Technician for the Gastroenterology East team. You will support procedures, monitor sedated patients, collect specimens, and help ensure safe, efficient care within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Endoscopy Technician or Medical Assistant experience.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
• Prior EMR experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures, monitor sedated patients as needed.
• Collect, label, and handle specimens per policy; ensure correct patient identification.
• Reprocess and disinfect instruments.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and respond to emergencies.
• Assist staff by collecting patient information and preparing for procedures.
• May assist with post-procedure duties including recovery and education.
• Support quality control and maintenance of equipment.
• Contribute to overall delivery of patient care in departments.
