Job summary

Liberty Endoscopy Center is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Technician to join our outpatient facility. The Endo Tech assists during endoscopy procedures, arranges sterile setup, and passes items to the team.

You will help prepare and move patients and maintain supplies under direction of the Charge Nurse and ASC Director. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a team-focused environment committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.
• Provide patient care during endoscopy procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties per state Act and facility policies.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge to care for the patient.
• Provide routine nursing care with age-specific precautions and monitor status.
• Assist physicians and all healthcare professionals, reporting patient status during procedures.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and families with clear written and verbal skills.
• Pursue educational tools to broaden knowledge across age groups and diseases and best practices.
• Collaborate with Infection Control Committee to prevent infections.
• Support continuous quality and service improvement.
• May perform other tasks as assigned.
